The one and two bedroom condos have interiors ranging from 681 to 990 Sq Ft with one large lanai of 210 to 406 Sq Ft on the outside. The interiors of the second floor units have slanted, high ceilings with exposed beams, providing the clearance for a loft storage area in them. A very few of the properties here – less than ten at this writing - are timeshare units.
Each residence has one unassigned, uncovered space for their parking. Ceiling fans are in both the living areas and the bedrooms. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo.
These are all walk-up buildings, so there are no elevators in this complex.
Some of these units have peekaboo to partial ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Kepuhi Beach is directly west of your community about ¼ mile away. There’s a lot of sand to lounge on and, due to the location and low population, you will usually have few others on it with you. The views are beautiful, but this is not a good choice to do some swimming. Conditions are strong, and even hazardous, in the water, especially in the winter months. Enjoy time on shore, watch the sunset from here, but stay safe.
If you want a lot of room, there’s
Papohaku Beach southwest of your home approx. 2/3 mile. It’s known also as Three Mile Beach, because it really is that long, making it one of the largest in Hawaii. Along its length you can find some swimmable areas, but be certain of the conditions before heading in, even in the summer months. A
beach park is at the northern end where you’ll find picnic tables and restrooms if needed. Papohaku’s sand is excellent as well. In fact, some of it was used to replenish Waikiki’s beaches when they eroded.
