Haleloa I & II are situated next to each other up in the Kuliouou neighborhood, which is just before the Hawaii Kai Marina coming from the town side.
Their location is approx. 0.4 miles above Kalanianaole Hwy, sitting on the east end against the hillside. In both communities Washer/Dryer is a standard feature and the residents have garden and mountain views.

Haleloa I- Two-story townhomes with interiors of 1,449 Sq Ft and lanais of 104 or 192 Sq Ft on the ground floor and all three bedrooms upstairs.
- All have a two-car carport right in front of the townhome.
- Most have ceiling fans and/or window a/c units inside, with a few that have split a/c systems the owners have added.
- Large-canopied shade trees are along the back of every home.
Haleloa II- Single-level condos with interiors of 1,356 Sq Ft. There is also a covered lanai of 130 Sq Ft that, instead of extending outward, is recessed into the floor plan, like another room that is open where the outside wall would normally be.
