About 1011 Prospect 1011 Prospect is a deceptive name. In reality, this Punchbowl condo community is made up of two towers, the second at 1013 Prospect. Yet residents in that second structure still live officially in the '1011 Prospect'.
The pair form a right angle together just across the street from the slopes of Punchbowl itself, putting it toward the back of that section of the neighborhood.
