About Seascape at Makakilo The Seascape at Makakilo is one of those
Oahu real estate communities known formally as a
Condominium Property Regime (CPR). In short, it's a small neighborhood of single family homes, but with some common driveways, shared space and an AOAO managing the community.
For those unfamiliar with these, it makes more sense when you know that this is a gated community, collecting all of these residences together, in a way. That restricted access is more than that, of course. It's the assurance of an added level of privacy and security that brings not just peace of mind, but real benefits.
Along your quieter, less trafficked streets you'll see homes that are a mix of split-level and full two-story layouts. They all fall under one of the seven models:
