Fairway Terrace is a gated community that is bounded by
The Village Course’s 10th fairway along the south and the east, with the 11th fairway lining the whole north side.
The one and two bedroom condos have interiors that measure from 469 to 793 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. The units divide up into sixty-four one bedrooms and one hundred & thirty-five two bedrooms.
Each residence has one assigned, uncovered parking stall to use. Ceiling fans are throughout the living areas and bedrooms of all interiors. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo.
A shared solar pv system provides some of the power for the common areas, reducing the complex’s bills. The buildings are all walk-ups here, so there are no elevators.
In addition to the golf course views that many enjoy, there are some residences that have peekaboo or horizon ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Fairway Terrace residents have a swimming pool and hot tub as well as a fitness center within the gates of their community. There are more amenities outside your neighborhood, due to the
Waikoloa Village Association membership that you maintain as an owner. This status allows you to have first choice of tee times at the Village Golf Course and lower prices for services there and at the pro shop. You have similar benefits at the
Waikoloa Stables, paying discounted fees for trail rides, taking riding lessons or even horse boarding.
While the two preceding facilities are open to the public, only members can reserve and use the two lighted tennis/pickleball courts. You also have exclusive use of the Aquatic Center, which has a pool with 25-yard lanes for lap swimming as well as scheduled open swim hours. A kids pool is right next to it, with a wade-in entry so even little ones can get in the water easily.
