Mauna Lani Point is a gated, oceanfront community in the Mauna Lani Resort, separated from the Pacific only by some of the five South Course fairways that surround it.
Its one to three bedroom condos have interiors measuring from 984 to 1,988 Sq Ft and a large lanai adding more room outdoors. The nine buildings vary not only in the number of stories, but the number of stacks in them, which can be three, four, six, seven or nine. Central air conditioning is in all units and you have one assigned, covered parking space. Many of these condos have ocean views, with a high percentage being completely unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do Your location in the southern end of the resort places you between 49 Black Sand Beach and the Mauna Lani Beach Club. 49 Black Sand Beach, to your south, is a mile trip, but only because you can’t cut across the golf course. It’s worth it for not only the unique sands, but the excellent snorkeling and sea turtles seen here often. That trip can be made on the resort’s free shuttle service, though, which can also take you north to the Mauna Lani Beach Club (0.4 miles away). The Club sits on a private beach and has not only cabanas and beach services, but a restaurant as well.
Use of the Beach Club is part of your Mauna Lani Advantage Club membership, which is given to all owners. You also have full access to the Sports & Fitness Club, where you have a staffed fitness center, saunas, tennis courts and more. In addition, membership means use of the resort’s North and South Golf Courses.
Inside your own community, the recreation center provides a pool, a pavilion to hold parties and events in and BBQs.
