Alii Villas is an oceanfront property in the
Holualoa area of Kona, the residences as close as 15 yards from the Pacific.

Amenities & Things To Do The solar-heated swimming pool is on an elevated platform around the midpoint from Alii Dr to the coastline. The higher level allows swimmers and those on the sundeck to look to the ocean over the parking area on the ground level below. At the very end of the lot you have seating where you can not only get up close to the swells but probably feel some of the spray as they hit against the coastline a few yards from you.
There is shoreline access, but due to the lava rock and the strong currents here, this should be used by experienced divers and swimmers only. Instead, most should head north to
Honl’s Beach, less than ¾ mile that way. Celebrated as the birthplace of boogie boarding, if that is your sport, you will find the right conditions for an enjoyable time on the water here. The waves' strength can make swimming difficult, if not hazardous, at times, so it’s hit and miss for that. However, the sands rarely get crowded, leaving space for you to sit back on and slow down for a while.
