The Golf Villas at Hualalai - inside the
Hualalai Resort - sit along the 18th Fairway of
Hualalai’s Jack Nicklaus Course, the residences within as little as 200 yards from the beach.
The three bedroom condos have interiors of 2,523 to 2,882 Sq Ft, with two to four lanai spaces adding 288 to 472 Sq Ft on the outside. The twenty units are divided equally into five each of the four different floor plans, with the larger layouts featuring a sunroom with retractable walls on two sides in addition to the living room. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, the ground floor master bathrooms also having an outdoor shower garden off of them.
Each residence has its own detached one-car garage. Zoned central air conditioning is standard throughout the interiors of every villa. These are all walk-up buildings, so there are no elevators here.

Kumukea Beach is a little over 1/3 mile. You’ll find a lot of space to find your own spot or to take a walk along this part of the coastline, which is over ½ mile long. If you’re going in, it’s important to look for where the conditions are right for your swimming level as certain areas have more active waters than others.
Owners can also join the Hualalai Club as a member, which opens the doors to more top level amenities. That includes the Hualalai Sports Club & Spa, both resort golf courses, the tennis club and a concierge service that only members can access.
