Residences on the second floor have vaulted ceilings, some of them with a small loft area as well that is usually used for storage or a compact office space.
Each unit has two assigned, uncovered parking stalls to use. Ceiling fans are a standard feature in the living areas and bedrooms, with some owners installing window a/c units as well. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. These are all walk-up buildings so there are no elevators in the complex.
Although these residences do not have a view of the ocean, there are beautiful mountain and garden views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Here you have an entire area dedicated to recreation and exercise that includes its own sports center building. Inside the sports center there is a racquetball court, exercise room and sauna. Adjacent to it you’ll find a tennis court, basketball court and a swimming pool.
There’s more recreation possibilities ½ mile away from you at
Kapaa Beach Park. A reef offshore gives protection to much of the mile long span of the beach so you can get in for a swim a lot of the time. During the winter months, however, the higher surf can get through even the reef, so during that time of year you especially need to stop and gauge the conditions before proceeding. Getting to the sands is easy and even pleasurable due to the
Kawaihau Spur Elevated Boardwalk that connects your neighborhood to the shoreline. This 1/3 mile long path can be jogged, biked, walked (even barefoot) and is accessible to wheelchairs as well. The elevation, the structure’s twelve-foot width and the periodic places to pull over and enjoy the view make this more than a common thoroughfare.
Once you reach the shoreline, you have right there the
Ke Ala Hele Makalae path, which runs for 8.5 miles up and down the coast. Take a jog by the Pacific or follow it to reach other beaches both north and south of you. It’s easy to do and always available.
