Kaanapali Alii is a beachfront property, its buildings as close as 50 feet from the edge of Kaanapali Beach.

The one and two bedroom condos’ interiors measure 1,173 to 1,678 Sq Ft plus a lanai. Both configurations have a den added in some floor plans. The property is laid out with the four condominiums divided into two pairs of buildings. Each pair is connected together by a corridor between them that holds 4 elevators. Most of the condos have a partial or completely unobstructed view of the ocean.
