The Mahina Surf is an oceanfront property in Honokowai that has residences as close as 20 yards from the Pacific.

There are about twenty of the two bedrooms and thirty-six one bedrooms. All of the two bedrooms are on the second floor of the buildings, their second bedroom, along with a bathroom, in a loft area.
Each unit has one assigned, uncovered space for their parking. Ceiling fans are inside the living areas and bedrooms for cooling on warmer days. A coin laundry facility is on-site for residents and guests. These are walk-up buildings, so there are no elevators on the property.
Residences here have peekaboo to completely unobstructed ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Your pool is heated and has a view out to the ocean from it and its surrounding sundeck. Down at the edge of the property are the three BBQs, with lights for night grilling, and seating to dine beside the ocean. You can get down to the water, but it is rocky here.
To find more hospitable conditions, you have only to go 350 yards north to Pohaku Beach Park. You will find a few rocks here as well on shore, but not too many and the waters are very swimmable. Some company may join you as Pohaku is well-known for sea turtles, both on-shore and off.
Another option is a little farther from home and to the south, but is only ¾ mile that way – Honokowai Beach Park. Protected by a reef, the waters stay fairly calm, creating another swimming spot for your list and the kids can play here with less worry. If you have your snorkeling gear, head out to the reef and watch the fish and undersea life in their natural surroundings. You also have a large, open grass space just off the beach with two playgrounds and picnic tables and BBQs, everything a family needs for a day outside.
