Napili Ridge is a charming condominium complex in Napili. Although not beachfront, it’s just a stone’s throw away from one of Maui’s best beaches,
Napili Bay. The complex is situated right above
Honokeana Cove, a popular snorkeling spot, and just two blocks away is the 14th fairway of the world-famous
Kapalua Bay Golf Course. The many shops and
restaurants in Kapalua and

The low-density complex was originally constructed as affordable housing for Kapalua Land employees. It was a leasehold property with expiry set for 2049, but in 2009, the homeowners purchased the lease.
