The Pailolo Place complex is in the center of Kapalua, with
golf course fairways on two sides. Built as workforce housing, there aren’t a lot of extras, but the location is excellent.
Its one and two bedroom condos’ interiors are from 593 to 764 Sq Ft with a small lanai outside. All units have 2 uncovered parking stalls, some of them tandem. They also all have split A/C systems installed. Many of the residences have ocean views from them. These two-story buildings are all walk-ups.
Amenities & Things To Do Both
Kapalua Bay Beach and
Napili Beach are less than ½ mile from here. Kapalua has won the ‘Best Beach’ titles, but either one is a good choice for swimming or snorkeling. Napili is less crowded most of the time, if you like more room.
Oneloa Beach takes longer to get to, in part because, with multiple fairways between you, Kapalua Coastal Trail is how you have to get there. This is an even quieter sandy stretch than Napili, but no lifeguard.
The
Kapalua Coastal Trail that takes you to Oneloa runs along the shoreline in Kapalua for 2 miles, going to
Fleming Beach further east and beginning on the west between Napili and Kapalua Bays. You can jog or walk along it for your exercise, with the Pacific scenery never out of sight.
