The Villas at Kahana Ridge are located on the inland side of Honoapiilani Hwy, the front residences just over ¼ mile from the ocean.
These two and three bedroom condos have interiors that range from 760 to 1,327 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. The configurations are almost evenly divided with sixty three bedrooms and fifty-seven two bedrooms in all. Three bedrooms on the third floor have an additional loft space of either 120 or 210 Sq Ft in them.
Most units have one unassigned, uncovered parking space, just a very few also having a second designated stall of their own. Ceiling fans are in the living areas and the bedrooms, but some have split a/c systems that owners have installed. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. All of the buildings are walk-ups, so there are no elevators in the community.

Amenities & Things To Do You only have to go a little more than a ½ mile from your address to be on
Kahana Beach, a quieter part of Maui’s coastline. Due to the location and lack of parking it doesn’t get the crowds, which benefits residents like yourself. There are places where the underlying rock sticks out of the sand, so keep watch as you go. A reef offshore from here cuts the waves down so the water is calmer, so, along with swimming and wading around, many like to do their standup paddleboarding here.
If you head out of your door to the south, it’s about the same distance to reach
Pohaku Park, an oceanfront green space with a small beach. It is rockier here, but it’s a known sea turtle hangout, so come here to get a glimpse of these beloved local creatures. You can usually swim here as well so bring your suit when you come. In the park area you’ll find a lot of shade as well as picnic tables to sit down at, relax and eat by the waves.
