The concrete 1808 Waiola building sits in a fully residential area just south of King St, only one block west of the recreation center of McCully District Park.
These one bedroom condos all have interiors of 382 Sq Ft. However, only the upstairs end units, #5 and #9, have lanais, which are each 106 Sq Ft in size. Similarly, there are only three parking spaces, all covered, that are deeded to the #5, #8 and #9 units.
Almost every condo has window a/c units, which have been added by the owners. A shared community laundry facility is on-site for residents, but at least one of the residences has installed a washer in it. This building is a walk-up, so there is no elevator.
