Moiliili Gardens consists of two buildings: the smaller 4-story building at 2760 Kahoaloha Lane with 2BR/1BA units (approx. 689 sq ft plus 76 sq ft lanais), and the larger U-shaped 2752 Kahoaloha Lane, which has 2BR units (672 sq ft) with either 1 or 1.5 baths, and a few 3BR/2BA units with 1080 sq ft; lanais here average around 100 sq ft, some enclosed with decorative concrete block for added shade and privacy.
Select units feature separate entrances, offering added convenience. The buildings are set back enough to buffer residents from city noise.
