The first phase is currently under way, which includes the ultra-luxury Waiea condo (~85% sold out as of writing) and luxury Anaha (~75% sold out as of writing). Asking price on the few units remaining for sale within Waiea & Anaha range from ~$1.5M – $36M.
Howard Hughes has approvals to built a total of 20 condos within Ward Village, which will include parks, wide side walks with cafes, restaurants and more. Â These new condo projects are projected to become LEED certified, which relates to reaching a very high standard in energy efficiency.
Ward Village – and the entire Kakaako neighborhood – is rapidly changing and new condo projects are frequently announced.
