Updates on Waiea
Waiea completed November 17, 2016 for all buyers of tower units up to the 31st floor.
Construction on level 32 - 36 & Villas 2 - 5 is expected to complete December and construction on Villas 1 & 6 is expected to complete early 2017.
World renowned Japanese restaurant Nobu will move from its current Waikiki location to Waiea December 2016 and will occupy ~10,000sqf total (8,000sqf interior + 2,000sqf outdoor).

Good to Know About Waiea
Waiea is designed by Vancouver-based James K. M. Cheng in a collaboration with Honolulu based Rob Iopa from WCIT Architecture. The interior is designed by New York based Ingrao Interiors, lead by Tony Ingrao. 

Waiea is located on a prime "front row" parcel (Ala Moana Blvd), which is the old parking lot in front of Ward Theatres - between Ward Center and Ward Warehouse. Waiea is expected to take the Hawaii luxury condo living concept to an unprecedented level, which includes 2 ultimate penthouse units, priced at $35M and $35M, respectively. 

Units Explained
Residence A = 00,  Residence B = 01,  Residence C = 03,  Residence D = 05,  Residence E = 06,  Residence F =  02. 
A, E and F stacks are located on the south-eastern wing and B, C, and D stacks are on the western wing.

6 units on the standard floors (8F - 31F) with the most dramatic ocean views from the “A” stack followed by the “B” stack. These 2 stacks both come with elevator opening to a large private foyer (~230sqf), before reaching the residence's main door (even the foyer boasts stunning ocean and harbor views).

1BR - 3BR with ~1,000sqf to ~3,000sqf of interior space. The "A" stack is the largest, but because of the curving exterior the unit interior sizes vary, though most "A" units are close to 2,700sqf interior (including foyer and balcony total space is 3,000+ sqf). 

Units come with 2 parking stalls, except 1BR, which are conveyed with 1 stall.

Waiea, together with Anaha, are the first 2 projects in Howard Hughes' master plan to transform Kakaako's Ward Village to a stunning neighborhood with ~20 high-rise condos, parks, shops, wide sidewalks, cafes & more.

Waiea's 2 Ultimate Penthouse Units (35-36F)
GPH-B (36F) - Price: $36M. 5BR / 5.5BA. ~10,000sqf of interior living area with additional 427sqf of private cooridor and elevator lobby area on level 2 and 1,357sqf balcony space.  Private pool on 35F (access via stairs or elevator). On 2nd floor the unit will have a 4 car garage with large storage space inside. From the garage there will be direct access to a private hallway and lobby, which belongs to this PH unit (a limited common element). The elevator is the same elevator that serves units C, D, E & F. When the GPH-B owners use the elevator it will not stop on other floors, so it basically has the function of a private elevator. 
GPH-A (35F) - Price: $35M. ~8,000sqf of interior living area with additional lounge area of 531sqf and 2,043sqf of balcony space. This unit will be sold as shell space and ideal for someone who wants to customize and create their own home. GPH-A will come with a private pool on the 35F. Conveyed with 3 parking stalls.

Other Waiea Penthouse Units (32 - 34F)
Just 4 units on these floors (Penthouse A - D) and they range in interior size from ~2,000 to ~4,000sqf with 2 to 4BR. 10ft 6in built-out ceiling heights with 34F expected to be around 12ft ceilings. Note: The initial plan was for 34F to have just 2 units, but the developer decided to create 4 units instead. "PH-A" units come with 3 parking stalls. All other units come with 2.
