Park Lane Ala Moana in Brief
Park Lane is a unique ultra-luxury Hawaiian themed condo project - in a single-family homes like setting - drawing on inspirations from a wide variety of concepts, including some buildings / concepts created by world-renowned architect Vladimir Ossipoff. The project looks like 6 separate buildings, but on Piikoi side - set back from Ala Moana Blvd - is a separte wing with 50 additional units, making Park Lane Ala Moana a total of 7 buildings, each 100ft tall and approximately 80ft open space between each structure.

The project is currently under construction (phase 1 completed April 2017) and is located at the western wing of Ala Moana Shopping Center along Ala Moana Blvd. Address: 1388 Ala Moana Blvd.

Expected Completion (2017)
Phase 1 (completed): April 5, 2017 (structure 1-3, near Piikoi St), Phase 2 (completed): August 2 (structure 4-5, middle section), Phase 3: December (structure 6-7, closest to Diamond Head side).

The Residences: Location on the 3rd to 8th floor across 219 units and 120 different floor plans. 
7 Structures: Building 1 along Piikoi St, Building 2 on corner of Ala Moana Blvd and Piikoi St etc until reaching Building 8 furthest east along Ala Moana Blvd (there is no building named 4). 
Numbering: Each unit has 4 digits. The 1st digit represents the structure number, the 2nd represents the floor and the last 2 digits the unit number.
Price / Sf: 2BR to 5BR units are $2,000 to $4,200 / sf and average $2,600 / sf.
Maintenance Fees: ~$1.22 / sq ft.
Celing Height: 11.5 foot floor to ceiling height with 10ft actual built-out, except the “Club Residences” (1BR), which will have 9ft built-out ceilings.
