Amenities & Things To Do The cushioning of the golf course and undeveloped land around you does mean that getting to other areas of Princeville requires more roundabout routes.
The official way to
Anini Beach, for example, is 1.4 miles, but you might be able to cut that in half since the head of the path down to it is actually just 200 yards west of Kaiulani across the golf course. However you get there, you can comfortably get in some swimming because of the reef-protected waters off of it. Snorkelers will want to head toward the reef, where they can see schools of tropical fish and other ocean life in their natural habitat.
There are places on a more direct path from your home, like
Princeville Center &
Prince Albert Park, both about 1/3 mile away. Princeville Center has a number of stores and places to eat, but also a Foodland. There’s also a gas station and an EV charging station. Prince Albert Park has open green spaces as well as a playground for the kids.
You may not want to leave your neighborhood very often, since there’s three heated pools to choose from and a ½ mile lighted walking path, with water features, to enjoy, all inside your gates.
