Plantation at Princeville is near the center of the resort property, sitting beside
Princeville Makai Golf Course’s 18th fairway on its south side, just across Ka Haku Rd.
Its two and three bedroom condos have interior spaces of 1,135 to 1,366 Sq Ft with one lanai on the outside. The two bedrooms are on the ground floor, while three bedrooms are located on the upper floors. Each unit has an attached, one-car garage and central air-conditioning inside for the hotter days. These are all walk-up buildings, so there are no elevators here.
Although these residences do not have ocean views, there are excellent mountain and/or golf course views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Your home is only ½ mile from
Sealodge Beach, but use caution on the last stretch as it becomes steep in places and is slippery if it has rained recently. Once there, you have a beach that has calmer waters for better swimming, due to the reef that protects the shoreline. The reef is also home to numerous tropical fish and even a few sea turtles, so bring your snorkeling gear, too.
Plantation is also less than a mile from
Prince Albert Park, a very large green space that also has a children’s playground and a paved path around it for jogging or riding bikes.
The trip to
Princeville Center is only a little longer at 1 mile, the mall holding almost 50 shops and dining options, along with a Foodland. You can fuel up your car here as well, since there’s both gas and EV charging stations.
