Kihei Alii Kai is a condominium complex with a great location in Kihei. The property is tucked away from the main road, yet still right across the street from
Kamaole Beach Park I - one of Maui’s best beaches for swimming and snorkeling.
The complex consists of four four-story buildings with elevators. It also has two parking lots: one open-air in front and another in the rear, which is a mix of open-air and covered, with the tennis courts on top of the covered part of the parking structures. Units get one or two unassigned parking stalls.
