Pacific Shores is a quaint condominium complex in the heart of South Kihei. While not directly on the ocean, the property is a short distance from some of Maui's most beloved beaches, Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach Park I.
The complex consists of 12 buildings arranged into two clusters, A and B, both equipped with elevators. A front office is located by Cluster A. Parking lots are located in-between the clusters for easy access to your door. Units are assigned one or two parking spaces with a select few having three.
One-bedroom units span 570 square feet while the two-bedrooms are 745 square feet, and the three-bedrooms are 917 square feet. Every unit has a lanai, with a handful offering partial ocean views. Condos have in-unit laundry and air conditioning, a mix of window units, split and central systems.
Pacific Shores’ grounds are landscaped with beautiful tropical foliage, including travelers palms and anthuriums, around the buildings and in the courtyards. Situated near Cluster B is the pool terrace featuring a mosaic-tiled outdoor pool, hot tub and plenty of seating. Also on the terrace is a barbecue area complete with four gas grills and a pavilion with picnic tables.

We exclude Leasehold data from this market analysis because Leasehold properties do not compare with regular Fee Simple properties.
We use median instead of the average because it depicts more accurately a central tendency to the sample size. Example: Take 5 numbers - 3, 5, 7, 9, 21. The median is 7 (the middle number) and the average is 9 (sum of all divided by 5).
We count days on market from listing date through closing date.
