With 218 one- and two-bedroom units, the complex is spread across two L-shaped, six-story concrete buildings: the Plantation Building, housing even-numbered units, and the Mill Building, with odd-numbered units. Elevators are located at the corners of the buildings. Additional storage is available on-site.
Most one-bedrooms range between 613 and 644 square feet while a few of the two-bedrooms span over 1,200 square feet. Every unit has a lanai, central air conditioning and in-unit washer and dryer. Condos that run parallel to the beach offer unobstructed ocean views, while the rest provide partial views.
Beautifully landscaped, the grounds feature tropical plants like hibiscus flowers and plumeria trees, enhanced by a serene koi fish pond. Located in the center of the complex, the enclosed oceanfront terrace includes a heated pool, wading pool and hot tub. Nearby is a barbecue area with six gas grills plus a putting green.
For convenience, there are two parking lots, one on either side of the complex. One lot is open-air, while the other offers covered parking for some stalls.
