Meaning “Beloved One” in Hawaiian, Kaleialoha is a quaint oceanfront condominium complex in Honokowai, where units either boast unobstructed ocean views or face mountain with limited or no ocean views.
The complex is ideally located, with
Honokowai Beach Park in close proximity. For easy access to swimming and snorkeling, a sandy beach located right in front of the complex via a short staircase. The beach changes size based on the tides and turtles are frequently spotted swimming in the waters.
Kaleialoha comprises one four-story building with an elevator and its studio to one bedrooms span between 420 and 598 square feet, each with a lanai. All have ensuite laundry and some have been upgraded with air conditioning in the living room, mainly window units. No bedrooms have air conditioning.
Kaleialoha’s grounds are lush and oasis-like, surrounded by vibrant garden croton and ti plants. A manicured lawn reaches the water’s edge, featuring loungers and tables to take in the ocean view. Residents and guests can also enjoy a solar heated pool as well as a barbecue area with gas grills.
