Also called Napili Gardens, the gated Residences at Napili Bay sit on the inland side of Lower Honoapiilani Rd, the front residences only 500 feet from the beach. A two-car garage is on the ground floor of the front side of every home, a flight of stairs taking you to the residence’s first story.
The three bedroom townhomes have interiors of 1,431 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The facades have bay windows on both the first floor living area and the master bedroom on the second floor, while on the back there is a private, fenced-in area that holds the lanai and a small yard.
In addition to a two-car garage, each unit has one assigned, uncovered compact space to use. Central A/C is a standard feature of every interior here. Washer/Dryer is inside every home. These are all walk-up buildings, so there are no elevators in the complex.
The townhomes do not have ocean views, but there are excellent garden and mountain views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Although located very close to
Napili Beach, you will have to use the beach access, which is about ¼ mile south of you. This is where the entire family can have fun due to the calmer waters that kids can play in, while older beachgoers can swim, paddleboard or join in with the little ones. The beach is best known for its snorkeling, though, with beautiful tropical fish and undersea life, especially sea turtles, to take in without going out too far at all.
If you travel the same ¼ mile distance, but to the northwest, you can pick up the start of the
Kapalua Coastal Trail. 3 ½ miles roundtrip, it follows the coastline for most of its span from the south end of Kapalua Bay all the way to
Honokohau Bay on the northern shore of Maui. You can walk or jog the pathway, enjoying the scenery all along the way or stop off at some great spots on the ocean. The trail runs right along
Kapalua Bay Beach,
Oneloa Beach and
DT Fleming Beach Park, giving you a virtual tour of local sands and swells.
