The Miller Terrace is an unassuming looking residence, just on the mauka side of Vineyard Blvd from Queen's Medical Center. Its footprint, vertically and horizontally, isn't large, just the 3 stories and 12 total units. Still, don't judge this book by its cover.

The condos themselves are uniform, 694 sq ft that hold 2BR/1BA within those dimensions. The lanais is something else entirely, however. There isn't anything uniform about those.
