About Mount Terrace It's amazing to realize that Mount Terrace condo was Hawaii Kai's original luxury condo when it first opened. What's even more amazing is that it is still a desirable luxury property today, 4 decades later. That says a lot about not only what it gave residents from the very first day, but how it's been maintained and routinely upgraded since then.
