The Plaza Hawaii Kai actually has 2 different living environments. One made up by the main tower, which rises 14 floors that hold 117 units, the lions' share of the total residences. The second consists of the 29 townhomes that offer 1 and 2 floor layouts and as many as 3 lanais for your quieter hours.

Though the tower can't match that amount of outdoor space, they do compensate with some incredible views only possible from its higher levels.
