About Crescent Park
The Crescent Park Waikiki condos are for the homebuyer seeking somewhere near the best of this district, without being in the middle of it. You live on the very eastern edge of the neighborhood, almost right at the corner of Kuhio & Kapahulu Avenues.

That convenience takes 2nd place, though, to the sightlines from these homes. You can look out at an unimpeded vista of the zoo, as well as the mountains to the north and out to the ocean rolling in to the shore.

The floor plans are better than average Waikiki condos, too. Almost every unit in the Crescent Park has 2BRs that stretch out over 888 sq ft, though there are two 3BRs with 1339 and 1590 sq ft in those. One look at the exterior will show that many lanais have been enclosed, increasing the interiors.

We can't close without noting that it's 2 ½ blocks right to prime beach and surf. You might even be able to see your home from the sands. That's what's called having it all.
