About Gateway Towers Gateway Towers Honolulu is a new ultra-luxury condo project to be located in Kakaako’s exclusive Ward Village on “front row” - Ala Moana Blvd - where the current Ward Warehouse is located.
The project is made up of 2 towers: 1) The Cylinder at Gateway Towers (300ft tall and currently being sold pre-construction), located ~320ft west of Waiea, and 2) The Blade at Gateway Towers (400ft tall and not being sold yet), located ~186ft west of Cylinder at Gateway Towers. Expected completion of The Cylinder at this stage is year 2020 or 2021.
Below is a description of Cylinder at Gateway Towers, though interior finishes are expected tol be very similar for Blade at Gateway Towers.
Tower Residences 111 Tower units and 14 Villas – total 125 units. 6 units per floor (1 x 1BR, 4 x 2BR and 1 x 3BR). 27 stories total.
All standard units with 10ft clear ceiling heights (slab to slab 11’4″)and motorized window shades throughout every units. Standard units located on floors 9 – 23 (a few units on 8F).
The tower will be tilted slightly towards Ewa (west) side to create superior views for “A” and “F” stack units in particular.
Preferred “A” stack will come with option to combine 2 x A stack units to create a duplex with 20ft ceiling in living room.
“B” stack (on south west side) has living room “sticking out” from the otherwise round shape of the tower to ensure dramatic Diamond Head views.
Villas Total 14 villas – 3BR – 5BR – running along Ala Moana Blvd, in front of the tower. PH 26A: 3-4BR / 3.5-4.5BA - 4,456sqf interior. Comes with 1,746sqf outdoor space, which holds a private pool, terrace and more. This is the "A" stack duplex style spanning across 26A and 27A to create the ultimate Grand Penthouse in Cylinder at Gateway Towers. Price: $23M.
PH 26B & PH 27B: 4BR / 4-5BA - 3,286sqf interior. Both units come with 946sqf outdoor space, which holds a private terrace and outdoor kitchen. These 2 units are created from combining the "E" and "F" stacks. Price: $10M.
Pricing - Cylinder at Gateway Towers Tower Residences 1BR: ~$1.5M – $1.9M, 2BR: ~$1.9M – $4.5M, 3BR: $6M – $7.5M. The “A” stack is the most expensive, followed by almost identical priced “B” and “F” stack and then “E”, “C” and the lowest price “C” stack 1BR units.
Villa Residences 3BR: $4.1M, 4BR: $5M and 5BR: $6.3M.
