The Holomua building stands at the inland end of Kalakaua Ave just before it intersects with Beretania St, not far from Cartwright Neighborhood Park. The structure consists of a seven-story parking garage on the bottom plus sixteen residential floors on top of that.
The one and two bedroom condos have interiors of 354 to 791 Sq Ft with most having a lanai of 30 to 50 Sq Ft outside. The three coastal-side residences on the eighth floor are the exceptions, their lanais measuring 538, 540 & 569 Sq Ft. In all, there are eighty of the one bedrooms and ninety-six of the two bedrooms.
