About Liliuokalani Plaza One of the benefits of being in this specific part of Waikiki is that the build-up here hasn't completely changed it to a high-rise forest. The Liliuokalani Plaza condo is an excellent example. On three sides – north, south and west – your neighbors are empty lots, single-level homes or, at most, 4 story walk-ups. The remaining front side does face some high-rises, but across Liliuokalani Ave, giving you a significant buffer zone.
These are also decent sized units, differentiating them further from average
Waikiki condos. The smallest 2BRs have 1003 sq ft, the largest 1075. There are 12 3BRs, all of which measure 1321 sq ft inside.
Your lanai will be from 80 to 100 sq ft itself, looking out at the mountains and the vibrant activity of the cityscape around you. It's always changing so you never tire of it.
