The Luana is on Kalakaua, next to the open parkland of Ft Derussy and just a couple of blocks to the beach! The low-rise nature of the park, and the military's few buildings on it, allow for excellent views from the south side, the higher floors even getting a vista of the blue ocean.
The condos all have travertine floors and granite countertops. They also come with a very good furniture package so you're open for guests immediately. There's little to nothing you need to do usually to get started in the vacation condo business.
You'll have a lot to offer vacationers, including a great common area where the pool and gym are found. From there you look out at the park and the ocean.
