The Marco Polo condos can't be missed with its flowing, wave-like shape, appropriate for a building just across the Ala Wai from Waikiki's world famous swells. It's also fitting for a condominium that affords ocean views for the top floors, despite the tall, and thick, skyline between it and those blue, blue waters.

Being right on the Ala Wai means clear views of the canal and the paddling teams who add the perfect Island touch as they practice the traditional sport up and down the way. With little between the Marco Polo condos and the canal, it's part of the backdrop for every unit on that side.

The units themselves have a wide variety of layouts. For example, the Studios all have 436 sq ft interiors, but some have lanais and some do not – even within the same stack. That condition applies to the other, larger floor plans as well. How large?

The Marco Polo's 1BRs extend from 653 to 672 sq ft, with the 2BRs starting at 768 sq ft, but going up to as much as 1,536 in those that are on the Penthouse level. That leaves just 10 3BRs, all on the Penthouse floor, with from 1,479 to 1,957 sq ft. Do note that these are a mix of fee simple and leasehold properties whose lease comes up in 2041.
