The Prince Lunalilo, finished in 1997, is one of the younger condominiums in the Makiki/Punchbowl neighborhood. Built as a simple 5 story building, it stands near the mauka side of H1 in a purely residential area of Honolulu.

With just 24 residences, the layouts are divided into two basic floor plans, 1BR/1BA (505 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (924 sq ft). The 3BR units bookend each floor, as well as being the only homes with lanais, all of which take up 104 more sq ft there.

Both those lanais and the windows of the units take in the city lights of Honolulu as well as the Koolau Mountains standing above you.

Though your immediate surroundings is almost exclusively residences, you can be at some of the best shopping and dining around in a few minutes. Cross H1 and you'll soon be pulling into Ala Moana Center, the Ward area and the rest of Kakaako without much trouble.

Getting Downtown for the workday or onto H1 for a fun day trip is no problem, too. It's all nearby from your doorstep.

The Prince Lunalilo isn't filled with amenities or feature large grounds. What it is, though, is a sound place to call home in a great location, with a lot of options always ready and waiting. Isn't that what all you really need?
