Sky Ala Moana is made up of 2 tower: Sky Ala Moana West (residential tower) and Sky Ala Moana East, which is a tower with condo hotel units (allows short-term renting) and also hotel units. Renaissance will be the hotel operator and the units will be called Renaissance Residences Honolulu.
Expected completion early 2024 (construction is under way).
