Residences The Renaissance Residences are located on the top floors of the Sky Ala Moana East Tower - 30th to 39th floor - and there is a total of 112 units with the 39th floor Penthouse level boasting 10 ft ceilings. All units will have sliding glass doors, but no balconies.
Amenities The amenity deck, located on the 8th floor - called the Sky Terrace - is structured in a way where only some amenities are available for Renaissance Residences. The map below shows the Sky Terrace and the section covered with a thin gray overlay is only for Sky Ala Moana West occupants. On the 15th floor there is a lounge and business center.
Parking Each residence comes with 1 valet parking right - no deeded parking for the units.
