About Waikiki Marina Condominium The Waikiki Marina is a tall, skinny condotel close to Ala Mona Beach Park and Ala Moana Center, managed by Aqua Hotels. Originally the Waikiki Marina was strictly a hotel, but today the building is primarily comprised of studio condos, though there are still units operating as hotel rooms. Most of these condos are Fee Simple. The lease on all Leasehold units here expires in 2048. The building features just four units on each floor, all are studios, and all face the ocean.
