725 Kihapai is found toward the end of a cul-de-sac with very little traffic and noise, the property backing up against the Maunawili Stream. You live only a few blocks from where Kailua Rd comes into the town, making a shopping trip or dining out easy to do without having to drive.
The three buildings in the complex were built in 1955, but were all originally one-story. Second floors were added between 1958 - 1961 and, finally, they were converted to condominiums in 1981.
