Kapolei Kekuilani was born in 1994 with two-story, three and four-bedroom, three-bath, single-family homes, plus several models in one-story two-and-three bedroom, two-bath plans.

The two-story single-family homes have one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. This is the perfect neighborhood for young families buying their first home to families with several teenagers (Kapolei Kekuilani is close to Kapolei High school) or even retired couples. A major benefit in buying a home in Kapolei Kekuilani is that, although it is part of a planned community, there are no maintenance fees.

Movie theaters, shopping centers big and small, unique small stores, mom and pop stores, big box and discount stores and high end retail stores abound. An adventure water park is also close by.
