Kahana Reef is a condominium complex set right at the water’s edge in West Maui. Every unit at this peaceful property features unobstructed ocean views. It has an ideal location, with a few steps leading to the small sandy beach next door. It is just north of the resort area of
Kaanapali and just south of another resort area,
Kapalua. Shops and restaurants at the
Kahana Gateway Shopping Center are in close proximity.
The low-density complex consists of three interconnected, four-story concrete buildings with two elevators. Units range between 556 and 661 square feet, and are predominantly one-bedrooms. All include a lanai. Some condos have been upgraded with air conditioning, such as split systems. While units don’t come with washers and dryers, there is a laundry facility in a separate building located near the back of the complex.
The beautifully landscaped and expansive oceanfront lawn has loungers for residents and guests to enjoy the view. Tropical plants and palm trees add to the tranquil atmosphere. An enclosed outdoor pool also looks out onto the water, and there are gas grills available for use nearby.
Units receive one unassigned parking space.
