Kahana Village sits on a beachfront property in the Kahana neighborhood, its residences as close as 20 yards from the Pacific.
Its two and three bedroom condos have interiors measuring from 1,118 to 1,566 Sq Ft with one or two lanais exterior. There are fourteen of the three bedroom floor plans, all on the ground floor, and twenty-eight two bedrooms that are found on the second floor of the buildings. The two bedrooms all have a loft space that contains one of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
Please note that this is a Leasehold property, the lease expiring in 2068. A lease rent renegotiation is scheduled for 2028.
Each unit has one assigned, uncovered space. Ceiling fans are a built-in feature of the interiors, with some also having split a/c systems that were installed by owners.
Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. You also have an assigned, exterior storage locker, which many use to store their surf or paddle board. The buildings are all walk-up, there are no elevators in the complex.
Residences here have peekaboo to completely unobstructed ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do You can literally step right off the green lawn of your community right onto the sands of the beach that lines your west side. It’s a spacious beach so you will have little problem finding an open spot away from or near any others here. The rocky ocean bed can be avoided if you head to the south side of the beach, where it transitions to become softer and sandier. This is a reef protected area of the coastline, making for calmer waters and easier wading or swimming.
An alternate spot if desired is less than ¾ mile south at Pohaku Beach Park. A smaller beach span than at home, but swimmers like it here and, especially in winter months, so do beginner to mid-level surfers and paddle boarders. Sea turtles are around here a lot, bringing more than a few here who just want to see them. When the swells are just too strong off the coastline, you can drop into the oceanfront pool – and hot tub – that is safely inside your home space.
