Nohonani is an oceanfront community in Honokowai, some of the residences as little as 20 yards from the Pacific.
The complex is made up of two concrete buildings, linked by walkways on each level, one holding sixteen units and the other holding twelve. The northern structure is a little further back from the coastline due to the pool and recreation deck being located in front of it.
These one and two bedroom condos’ interiors range from 596 to 1,082 Sq Ft with one exterior lanai that faces out to the ocean. Of the twenty-eight residences, twenty-two are two bedrooms and six are one bedroom. Two of the two-bedrooms (#403 & #404) have a second floor that holds one of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
Each unit has one assigned, uncovered parking stall to use. Ceiling fans are a standard feature here, found in both the living areas and the bedrooms. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. There is an elevator for residents on the upper floors.
The residences all have from wide partial to completely unobstructed ocean views.
Amenities & Things To Do Right off your building is a heated oceanfront pool and deck to lounge on, with access down to the beach below. You can stretch out on the sand or take a chair and lay out right off of your own property.
The water is mostly rocky here, but you can walk a couple of buildings north where there is a softer bed to wade in or even swim some. If more is needed, you only have to go less than 200 yards south to be at
Honokowai Beach Park. Shielded by an offshore reef, the waters are calmer here so the kids can play here and you can swim without being overwhelmed by the waves. There’s a huge park space as well, with 4.5 acres of open space that has two playgrounds, picnic tables and BBQs for outing with friends or family.
