Located in the heart of the beachside community Honokowai, the Breakers is a condominium complex with a resort-style ambiance and range of amenities. Although not directly oceanfront, it’s situated just one block from
Honokowai Beach Park, a two-mile-long stretch of sandy beach with a protected reef for snorkeling. Grocery stores, churches, restaurants and more are also within easy reach.
As a low-density complex, The Breakers contains six four-story concrete buildings with elevators and houses various floor plan options, including single-level units, two-story townhomes and units with lofts:
- Building B is near the ocean but set perpendicular, with single-level units on the first two floors and mainly two-story townhomes on the fourth floor.
- Building C faces the ocean, offering single-level units.
