Located in the heart of the beachside community Honokowai, the Breakers is a condominium complex with a resort-style ambiance and range of amenities. Although not directly oceanfront, it’s situated just one block from Honokowai Beach Park, a two-mile-long stretch of sandy beach with a protected reef for snorkeling. Grocery stores, churches, restaurants and more are also within easy reach.

As a low-density complex, The Breakers contains six four-story concrete buildings with elevators and houses various floor plan options, including single-level units, two-story townhomes and units with lofts:

• Building B is near the ocean but set perpendicular, with single-level units on the first two floors and mainly two-story townhomes on the fourth floor.
   
• Building C faces the ocean, offering single-level units.
   
• Building D, also known as Dahlia, is second-closest to the shoreline. Floor plans are similar to Building B, with most townhomes on the top floor. Window and door screens allow for cooling cross-breezes in the second and third floors, with central air conditioning in fourth-floor residences.

Tastefully designed, the poolside cabana acts as the community gathering space, equipped with restrooms, three barbecue grills, covered couches and tables.

For those with an active lifestyle, the complex also has a fitness center with cardio machines and weights. For added convenience, there is on-property storage for surfboards, bikes and kayaks.
