Sans Souci means “without worries” in French, and that’s exactly how you’ll feel at home in one of Hawaii’s Gold Coast condos at Sans Souci! This is a curved building, which allows each unit to face the ocean and offer spectacular, panoramic ocean, beach and Waikiki views. Get comfortable on your unbelievably large lanai and look out at the ocean or down to the sand. You’ll be able to see whales in the winter, fireworks every Friday night, and Hawaiian sunsets all year long.

Along with stunning views of the water, Sans Souci offers great views of Kaimana (also called Sans Souci) Beach. Residents have direct, secure access to this popular beach where kama’aina come to swim, surf and paddle. On the other side of the building is Kapiolani Park, with Diamond Head right up the road and in full view. In this much-desired Waikiki neighborhood, you’ll also enjoy fine dining, sunset lounges, and the famous Outrigger Canoe Club.  

The floor plans for condos in this building range from studios to 2 BRs with a wide variety of sizes. Small studios have 350sqf while certain 2BR units feature over 1,000sqf. Many of the units listed as 1BRs are actually oversized studios, just like the 1BR at neighboring Colony Surf. The layouts are open and, with the views and spacious lanais (up to 150sqf), they can feel larger than they actually are.  Every unit has a full kitchen and, while a few have a washer/dryer in unit, the majority of owners will rely on the laundry facilities provided on each floor. There is extra storage space available and most units come with at least 1 covered parking stall. A resident manager is available whenever you need assistance.

Sans Souci is a leasehold building, one of just two on the Gold Coast that has not converted to Fee Simple, with all leases expiring in 2024. The fee was offered several years ago, but not enough owners were willing to pay for the fee purchase and Sans Souci remaind a leasehold property and many believe it is unlikely the fee will be offered prior to the lease expiry year 2024.
