About Kalele Kai The Kalele Kai condos is really a community, consisting of 3 buildings set on beautifully landscaped grounds in Hawaii Kai's West Marina neighborhood. They ring a courtyard area where most of the amenities are located. The 6 floors of each one is perfect because it allows for a number of residents, but without being imposing or overbearing to the scenery.
That lower-rise sensibility extends to the townhouse units that are along the marina itself. Kalele Kai is a place that is in the perfect location to take full advantage of Hawaii Kai's water-focused lifestyle. Some units own boat docks here, while others can be rented or even bought as some do go up for sale occasionally.
As great as the marina locale is, there's another feature that could rival it as the most attractive thing about Kalele Kai. That's the condo sizes, giving you a minimum of 1421 sq ft in a 2BR unit, going all the way up to the largest 3BR comprising 2345 sq ft. It's not just the floorspace, either. The ceilings are a standard 9ft tall, except for some of the penthouse units who take it all the way to cathedral ceilings.
