Each unit measures 598 sq ft and features a 43 sq ft lanai. Every unit has a full kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, and most have a window A/C unit. Floor to ceiling windows next to the lanai’s glass doors create a wall of glass that lets the sunlight in and offers fantastic views from the living room and kitchen. All units come with one parking stall in the secure, covered parking garage, and a small number come with two stalls.

There are a number of amenities that make Canal House a very comfortable place to call home. Residents enjoy a BBQ area, private yard, sauna and pool where you can relax or entertain guests. There is surfboard storage for those who like to hit the waves but don’t want to crowd their place with boards. A resident manager is on site and the building is secure. Both the entrance and elevator require a passkey to enter.
