About Megellan
The Magellan is part of the neighborhood that sits right underneath Punchbowl mauka of the highway. It's a different feel on that side of H1, as you cross over from Downtown's busier pace and into a purely residential part of Honolulu. That's especially clear as you look up at the bay windows of this building, realizing this couldn't exist in Downtown.

Outside of 2 Studio units, the condos come in layouts of 2BR/2BA, most of which are 865 sq ft in size, along with a few that take up 965 sq ft interiors. All of them come with lanai spaces of 100 sq ft, but many have enclosed that to add a significant addition to the inside.

The views you're treated to take in the city lights of Downtown, the emerald Koolau Mountains, Diamond Head's proud profile and the Pacific Ocean itself.

From here your commute to Downtown is an easy one of a very few minutes. Being right beside H1, it takes little imagination to see how quickly you can get on, and off, that fast route to anywhere on Oahu.

In the Magellan, at the foot of Punchbowl, you can enjoy the city life, but remain outside of it as you choose. The best choices are the ones you control and that's what you have living here.
