Interesting: It's true – At Ode Rancho there's 1 bedroom in your home, but you also have 2 full bathrooms!
Ode Rancho isn't a name you'd expect for a condominium in Hawaii. Still, the Rancho theme isn't pursued too much, but as you pull up to the building you will see some very prominent cactus plants decorating the entrance, something you don't see much of in the Islands.
There are actually 2 entrances, both arched and gated, that are side by side. You enter the left or right depending on which of the buildings you live in here. As the only ways in and out, they give you the security of a gated community that is reassuring.
The homes inside both structures, with the exception of a 484 sq ft Studio/1BA, are 1BR/2BA across the board. It's difficult to think of another Honolulu condo that provides this kind of balance to their layouts. Inside you have a generous space of 800 sq ft, the semi-circle lanai giving another 80 sq ft to your spread. Many units have enclosed their lanais, creating a wonderful bay windowed area to the living room.
Your views from home take in the night lights of the city on the makai side to the Koolau Mountains whose green depths are a year-round pleasure.
Another year-round joy is the Makiki District Park, which sits 1 ½ blocks from you. There you have open green field, basketball & tennis courts, a playground and programs that provide music & art classes, organized activities & sports and all kinds of offerings for every age.
Getting to work, or points west, is easy when you have the Lunalilo on-ramp so close by. Beretania & King Streets are a drive of under 5 minutes to reach, giving you another way Downtown. They also have conveniences like Foodland, Times, Safeway, Walgreens/Petco and Longs all a few blocks from where you get onto those roads.
Ode Rancho is a place you can pull into and let the stress & worries remain outside, on the other side of your arched entryway. Then head upstairs, your mind at peace, because you know when you get there, one of the restrooms will be free. If you need it.

We exclude Leasehold data from this market analysis because Leasehold properties do not compare with regular Fee Simple properties.
We use median instead of the average because it depicts more accurately a central tendency to the sample size. Example: Take 5 numbers - 3, 5, 7, 9, 21. The median is 7 (the middle number) and the average is 9 (sum of all divided by 5).
We count days on market from listing date through closing date.
