Several years ago, NerdWallet.com named Kapolei, Oahu’s Second City, as the best place to buy
real estate in Hawaii. The reason for this announcement could very well be the individual housing communities within Kapolei like Kapolei Kekuilani.
Kapolei Kekuilani was born in 1994 with two-story, three and four-bedroom, three-bath, single-family homes, plus several models in one-story two-and-three bedroom, two-bath plans.
The two-story single-family homes have one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. This is the perfect neighborhood for young families buying their first home to families with several teenagers (Kapolei Kekuilani is close to Kapolei High school) or even retired couples.
